Dezi Gillon (they/them) is an educator, artist, and creator currently residing on the unceded territories of the Council of Three Fires. Their spiritual and political practices are cultivated by eco-womanist and black feminist frameworks and is also situated in the intersections of healing justice, ecology, and womanism. As well as being an outdoor enthusiast, they have a deep fondness for sci-fi and fantasy and believe these genres will help folks unfasten a radical imagination of what is possible in their world. Some of their favorite activities include outdoor and garden-based play, collecting zines, and sharing plant-based food and sweets with their friends and family.
